Hey there! I'm Ashley Luhrs, owner of ABL Photography. I'm a wife, mother, follower of Christ, homeschooling mama and photographer! My husband who is the sole reason I am able to do this hobby, is Wil Luhrs and we have three crazy kiddos: Sara Grace, Nora, and Wilson. They make sure to keep me on my toes. If I don't have my camera in my hand, I am normally reading a good book, spending time with my girlfriends, or exploring with my family.
Photography has been a passion of mine since I had Sara Grace. As she began to grow, I realized how quickly, and fleeting life could be and wanted to make sure to capture every second that I could. Life is full of extraordinary moments like getting engaged, sitting with three generations in one room, or watching a baby being born and I just want to help preserve those fleeting moments turning them into something tangible that can be shared for generations to come.
Parenthood is filled with irreplaceable moments that can slip away with time. I’m here to help you capture and keep them vivid.
Being a mom is a precious gift. Moms are given these special blessings to raise up and follow in our footsteps. In my life, I hope that I can share the joy of Christ with my children and that they can be a light to all of those around them. May my light also shine to you throughout the moments I am given with you.
Photography is a beautiful gift given to us by the Lord. Think of all His creation. All of the things that He has made. How amazing that He has allowed us to freeze and capture it in time. Watching your little ones grow can be bittersweet but having images to look back on will make it so much sweeter.
